i have used Frosts brush on sealer on the camper, I find it looks better if you tape an edge either side of where you want to use it and then remove the tape to have a nice clean line.F3693040-4638-404E-9C50-73FBBEFEA1A5-505649AC902-B945-4627-8266-204AA02732C5-505

Is that an early bay?? Jealous or what!!! Seam sealing looks neat doing it that way. Doesn't look as think as I was expecting.

Thanks everybody for the great replies and pictures. I think I'm going to try both methods, will be searching ebay for the tetrasyl stuff. That will be ideal for the internals of the floor pans etc. I had forgot about needing some for the front panels, but that will have to be the tiger seal gun stuff. Looks really neat job there corrado. I can only hope mines half as good and I would be happy. I should have a bit of advantage over most tho, because being a painter and decorator I've got a caulking gun in my hand most days.

Wow. Looks like you've got some work ahead of you still. Like the mini projects on here, it will be well worth it. We've been out in Lisa's beetle this afternoon (because my minis a long way from being drive able) and the admiring looks alone make it worth while. It's a 1966 beetle, still running on 6v electrics
