Today has been spent tidying and rearranging the garage so Ihave room to work and my bike is out of harm's way. also sorted my sound system kettle and lighting got hold of two a frame steel trellises that I plan to extend the top tube so its wider and put a tube coming forward like a u section onto the end of this I will weld a subframe tower mounting bolt either side to locate it securely so there's no chance of it moving and something similaire for the rear

Today I made a start welded in some braces and started removing the door pillarw..I wante to leave the door hinge stiffener in place as a datum its heavily pitted and needs replacing I haven't got a spot weld drill bit so used a standard (I will be getting a spot weld bit tho ...the inner door pillar is being replaced anyway so not to much of an issue

Hopefully tomorrow should see the door step and pillar welded in place and a start made on the opposite side

I have a front sumframe with the 2 bolts either side of the tower bolts if your interested thanks
