Order an r tech welder today been quite a few years since I last welded but I was a welder fabricator in a former life not on cars ect tho lol so should help

Also ordered the first batch of replacement panels so should have started blue glueing them together by the weekend

looks about right for a mini it is not that bad though normally looks worse than it is

the worst area is the door pillar and door step panels should be here tomorrow to make a start got some 25mm box section coming as well to brace her up

thats not too bad at all mate.
as for the door steps being so bad, it really makes no difference whether or not it's completely gone like yours or just a few holes as you will still have to replace the whole thing anyway! same goes for most of the panels.
I shall be watching with interest.
