Having some grief with this after someone else's previous bodges.  I've looked on t'tinterweb for a wiring diagram but can't find, does anyone round here have the wiring diagram I wonder?

We buy a few alarms from the rep, its in his interest to keep the customer happy - me   you would expect the UK Office to reply though.
