Hi there!
I am from HIC (also t/a Flux Direct) - I'm more well known on the VW Forums, but trying to out-branch! Especially with a huge desire to get me a new Cooper S
Just wanted to let you know that a lot of our Mini Schemes are tailored for you guys, so we know a good percentage of Mini's are modified and we do cover this, and can offer Agreed Value.
If an Agreed Value is important to you, then I would call us before purchasing just to make sure that we can definitely offer one to you, nothing worse than thinking you will get one to then discover it isn't available. (it isn't standard on ALL of our policies, so always best to check)
Or, if you give me a quote number I can check for you to save you calling us!
Thanks
Lhotte

Just got a quote for £885 from HIC 'cause of mods, so I won't be going with them. Pretty decent site and customer service, though.

What mods were they?
It's only usually the major ones that make a difference to be honest!

Hi Jordie
We are fine with mods :)
Alloys, wider tyers, arches, air filter, exhaust system, bucket seats, drum-disc breaks.
Admiral quoted me £660 fully comp, 10k miles.
Mini City E 1000cc
1 years no clames
2 years license
Pretty good, wasn't expecting that form Admiral

@ Tim Prestige,....
To clarify ( apologies re thread hogging original thread ) you say you can insure my modified Mini on an everyday policy with the following mods?
7x13's, uprated brakes, roll cage, uprated engine, extra lights.........
But you cant insure the modified Mini on a Classic Policy?

Hi guys,
If any of you have issues with insurance then please feel free to give us a try, I appreciate we've been given some 'stick' lately but I can assure you we take all feedback on board & we're constantly looking to improve and rectify issues.
I'm only a PM away if anyone would like a quote :)
Thanks alot
Dan.
