Has anyone got experience with doing this?

Did doing the conversion make your front wheelbase wider as it seems to on mine?

Also I want to run 13x7 under sportspack but am worried that it will be outside of the wheel arches, does anyone run 13x7 and metro vented brakes with sportspack arches?

If you mean the vented discs then yes it will increase the track. I did it and didn't like it because I  use standard arches and the doors etc end up covered in mud. So I  fitted non-vented Metro discs/flanges/4 piston calipers which keep the track as per Mini but the same stopping power as vented....unless you're driving extremely spiritedly and getting them hot which I don't !!
