Hello

I've had a shunt in the mini with another mini unfortunately

Anyway everythings back together now but the front wheel has quite a bit of positive camber

What has caused this and how can it be resolved?

There are no camber adjustment.

Thanks in advance

the bottom arm and tie bars could be bent and may require replacing or there may be another issue somewhere else i.e subframe

If you could drop the wheel off and take some pics it would help work out what's wrong.

That's certainly not going to help.

Check the bottom arms and the subframe

Where would the subframe be likely to have bent?

Are bottom arms common to bend?

Thanks

They do bend easily but that one is WELL bent. If that is after straightening then its one of the worst I have ever seen. I would be checking both lower and upper arms, plus where they mount in the subframe. Also check the gap between the rear of the subframe and the bulkhead. And also check the subframe lower mounts on the floor.

could be all or none of them, it could just be the tie rod causing it, but if it has had that much of a smack then it all needs checking. The last thing you want is for something to be bent and cause problems (or heaven forbid, a crash) later down the line. I would be spending an afternoon checking that all over very carefully if it was mine.
