I had a 731 in a 998 and it was superb.
Not all of them were ground equal according to those in the know, so I may just have gotten lucky when I chucked it in dot-to-dot.

The MG Metro cam works very well in a 998.

The power band on this seems to kick in at aboit 3000rpm then it starts to accelerate which isnt ideal in my opinion my metro does pull away better ill look for one then any9ne had experience with the sw5?

The SW5 cam is good but the ACDodd RS cam is everything the SW5 is and more, it's been much more cleverly designed rather than trial and error with different shape lobes, smooth as butter idle and will pull hard from very load down

The AC Dodd cams don't seem to be on the Guessworks website or am I missing something?

Hi

The SW5 cam is good but the ACDodd RS cam is everything the SW5 is and more, it's been much more cleverly designed rather than trial and error with different shape lobes, smooth as butter idle and will pull hard from very load down

well having fitted both SW5 and ACDodd RT1 to the same motor

I would say they are very much the same

so the ACDood RS cam should be even better
