Hi guys I'm trying to adjust my wheel alignment with a tool of friend gave me but I have no idea how to use it, I can't get in contact with him so thought I would try on here

Basically its got

When toe in is correct it should show 0

Graticles go at 15 feet to a mile of side slip

And the Graticles go

In 40 30 20 10 0 10 20 30 40 out

How do I do it, drive it on?? Can I use this for front wheel alignment? Was hoping to try and save some money but it's not looking good

Cheers for the help

we use a frost one on vintage cars and they are great for getting front wheels aligned.

Basically set it so that it is inline with one of the front wheel, with the needle in the middle and the body of the aligner inline with the body of the car. Then push the car centrally of the tool. The needle will move either way to show toe in/toe out.

Do both sides and adjust accordingly

Make sure you push in the centre of the car, it can upset it if you push on one side

Ok mate brilliant, so roll car onto it with wheels in centre and push from centre, Any ideas what setting it needs to be T or just so it gets to zero??
