Going rate for me to build a z-cars mini. NOTHING . I just like building them and after each one they keep getting better. Shame I did my own first
Pete, it seems that your rate for labor is exactly what I can afford to pay! When can I schedule your flight? Should I include a ticket for your wife?
Yours in waiting,
Jim
Nice work by the way.

Tickets for wife, 2 kids and dog and you've got a deal . Might take a couple of years so best include a house as well

PS a BIG question ive been meaning to ask but where do you pick up the harness shoulder straps from?? as far as i can see there’s no place for them to mount on the zcars rear frame?

You can just have a bar across the main rollcage hoop to loop the harness's around as its stronger than using the original mounts in the back pillar.

Ade's has a H frame mounted to the rear anti roll bar mount.
Close up of top mount
The new minus has got one each side mounted from the same point but attaching to the inner wheel arch.
Both seem to keep the back end rigid but whilst the new style keeps the back end clear, Ade's style does give you something to hang the exhaust from.

also my zcars bulkhead doesn't fit, so will probably be making my own. are the side pieces on ades car riveted to the frame and bonded to the sides of the shell?
