Obviously checked first that the washer motor was working.

Check the nozzles for blockage - 'reverse' blow them with an airline. Check the pipes aren't blocked. Check the contacts on the washer pump haven't corroded. That's all there is to them.

Stick a paperclip down the nozzles to see if they are blocked.

Take out the pick up pipe in the reservoir and clean the gauze filter. They get blocked with crap. Didmine a few weeks ago and the difference is amazing. Nice strong flow through the jets now.
No idea where or what that is :s
Is is connected to the start of the hose?

Or alcohol based fluid... Clean them out.. Give them a whirl up with paper clip as stated before...
Also check the bore of the pipe,... Goes up and over the roof for your car....
Try filling your mouth with water and squirting it down the pipe see how she goes..
Also gives the neighbours something to laugh at.......

93, washer bottle in the boot
Ok,
What you need to do is Remove the washer bottle by lifting it vertically from the clamp,
Then remove the hose from the round inline filter
Then ask someone to operate the pump, it should flow steadily
Get an airline and blow the pump through the shotr piece of hose, then re-test the pump... Has it improved?
To change the hose in the pillar, you can tape the new hose to the old one and gently pull it through

Pump is fine, filled up a mug in about 3 seconds, the problem seems to the the roof lining pipeOk,93, washer bottle in the boot

Does that mean the roof lining has to come out?
