Alright guys,

I have a set on 10" minilites on the mini and was hoping to know how to identify them? Are they original or copies etc and then what sort of value they have as i a thinking of changing them...

Many Thanks

I believe they are copies I'm afraid. From my knowledge, I've always thought originals have the spokes lined up with the wheel nuts. I'm sure somebody will confirm that or even correct me! Don't take my word for it though just what I've been told previously

They are GB's. 10x5. No, I'm not saying this because of the centrecap, but because of the lip on the centre, and the profile of the spoke  - a gb tell tale.  :)

Genuine Minilites have Minilite cast in them too, just for extra confirmation.

Yep, exactly as Midas says.

What condition are they in, that one looks like it might have some kerbing? If they are very good I might be interested in them.
What tyres are on them?

That depends on your definition of "Genuine Minilites"

Proper 'original' genuine Minilites i.e. those from the 1960's/70's don't have Minilite on them.

GraemeC,

Tyres are Falkens in very good condition, needles still on the outside.

all wheels excellent condition, no noticeable curbing if any - one wheel has a little bit of paint not perfect but not noticeable unless close. Let mew know if you are interested

Cheers

Can you get close up pictures of each wheel?

Not really interested in the tyres if they're falkens, no good for competition use - could you use them on your next wheels?
