I've got a FOMP (fake one) it's strong I've tried to bend it! Although I've not fitted it yet...

Only cost £40 so was worth the gamble... And choice is limited when it comes to deep dished wheels...

Does anyone have the Paddy Hopkirk one Mini Sport sold? Can't find it on their site anymore and I swear it was a large wooden one, but I did find this.

Mini Sport never sold a Paddy Hopkirk wood rim steering wheel, the one you found was the one they had commissioned to celebrate Paddy's 50th anniversary of winning the Monte Carlo Rally. They had just 50 of these wheels made and they have all been sold now, hope this helps.

Just use the standard thin rimmed "bus" steering wheel as God intended!

Heres mine, just fitted it today - its a 15" Styla wheel (according to MK1 Conversions, sold by Speedwell). Ive refurbed it as it was in a sorry state when I found it on Gumtree.
