Hi Custard,

It may sound like we are chasing our tails a little bit but we have switches sorted, after completing tests and a couple of re-works.

The systems will soon be complete. Again thank you for your patience.

It's been nearly 3 months since the last update, it's crazy how slow this process has been, another 3 months and it will be 2 years since the thread started!
in very surprised I'm the only one chasing this?

Such a shame this has gone the way it has as everything I've had in the past has been delivered quickly and great quality, my apocalypse cover is amazing and my central locking kit works super smooth and was simple to fit.
Although I actually missed this group buy and bought one using a discount code when the moved sites and the wiper+ kit became available to buy for a short time on the website by mistake, I just find it easier to chase the order here as I had a couple of emails ignored.
I wouldn't be so frustrated if the updates were regular but it feels as if it's been forgot about when it's left so long with no replies

i think we can now safely say that we wont be getting the wiper kit, so disapointing as it was my first (and may be last) order from aseries, fair enough if its taking time to get parts but 2 years! Really? And pretty much no updates, thats all I'm saying

I wouldn't mind knowing if they're going to be delivered or not as I'd like a refund if not, as I said previously, I bought mine separately outside of this group buy.
I tried to put a post on they're Facebook wall asking for an update but it never got posted, I assume it requires approval from them for it to show which prevents anyone posting complaints on social media, I don't have Twitter so I don't know if there's any way of getting hold of them there?
It's a pretty poor show that the whole thing seems to be being ignored now which just goes on to frustrate people further.
I can't believe it after previous purchases with them.

I'm tempted to give them a call in the week to see what going on as fair enough with parts and so one but we need to be kept updated which we aren't. The kits where great but this just lets them down which is a shame

Rob has not been on tmf since 7th jan so I guess out of sight out of mind !
It only takes a few minutes to leave a update ?
Such a shame as I keep getting emails from his company with some good deals but to be honest this experience has not put them in a good light

I wish I had read this thread before I placed my order for alarm/central locking/electric windows kit. The kit finally arrived after I opened a case with PayPal for a refund. I foolishly accepted it only to find some of the parts missing. Initially Sally Anne promised to put the missing items in the post, but over a week later and my last few emails have no replies.

Funny, reading the thread, I see that Rob is churning out the same excuses in 2016 as he was in 2014 and 2015. Maybe its time to buy a new excuse book!

I notice that this kit is advertised on their website and eBay as having a three year warranty. I wouldn't hold my breath on support if they can't even reply to emails and never answer the phone.

All we can do is vote with our feet.

I had some Facebook messages with a request for some wiring details so I could finish up a rewire and include the feeds for the wiper+, after supplying 2 email addresses, I've never received the details, my last messages have had no reply.
I was just starting to regain confidence in them when it all went quiet again.
