I`m currently in the process of having the alarm and central locking system installed and it would be great to have the wiper + too so as that could be installed at the same time,..

Hi Guys,
A long over due update from me, i believe that Sally and the office team have been trying to keep things flowing over the summer months, i have been off for quite some time due to illness, so somethings have suffered and thankfully with a good team who have picked up most of the slack we have managed to run fairly smoothly.
As many of you will know we are essentially a business that stems from a family run business, my absence was the first time in years that i have been off so it caught us unaware and the young team i have around me are not fully up on the ins and outs behind the scenes so my apologies for the absence and lets get back full steam!
Apologies aside, this year has been a fantastic year, so i must thank you all for your continued support of our service, products and workshop.
I have a few things on my to-do list which i will gladly share with you.
1. I am currently updating the instructions for the Central Locking system, I started this process before my leave and will soon as a more user friendly booklet available. That said, it is mostly the wiring that stumps people and i am afraid as clear as you make it, wiring stumps a lot of people!
2. Our Thatcham Cat 1 status is now being sorted for the A-SD v2.0T system, again delayed by my absence.
3. The SIPS systems are ready, these have been sent out to anyone who required them. The template for SIPS and non SIPS doors is now supplied as a pre-printed template that comes laminated. Again thats for the feedback and the support to help make our systems the best out there!
4. The Wiper + kits, these are one of a couple of products that we have designed that have been delayed by my absence, i am first port of call for the factories nationally and internationally. There was an issue with the switches that we had been supplied, they did not live up to the quality promised and we test all of our systems thoroughly on test rigs before we release, these broke down. As of right now i am back at the helm and A-Series is flying away. I must thank you all again for your continued support and patience, i am not one for time off ad certainly did not plan on months of absence.
The Wiper+ kits will be sent out as soon as they are ready. They are a simple install so will not require any strip down of the car.
Please feel free to inbox me with any questions, queries or rants that you may have, i am here to help.
Many thanks again.
Rob

Glad your feeling better now and understand what your absence has caused. I like most people appreciated the contact from Sally and can't blame anyone from lack of kits as we all knew the situation and want products that will last so thank you for holding back and not giving rubbish switches
Cheers Jason

Hi Guys and Girls.
Fantastic news for all, the company that have been booked to make our switches have now carried out the first production batch. The samples have been great and with them being UK based we have managed to have a lot of say over materials, unfortunately in terms of switch purchases we are quite a small customer of theirs so we got moved down the waiting list....
So switches will be in shortly.... kits will be forwarded out accordingly. Thank you for your patience, we have never had issue with production before and in this case it is frustrating as the product is ready it is simply the switching that was not but could not release one without the other.
Thanks again
Rob
