[59 Speed]

Has mine been dispatched yet?

I received a text yesterday afternoon from interlink express saying that it would be delivered on Tuesday.
Then another this morning saying they couldn't deliver it as they haven't received.

I sent them an email asking where it was up to and they say they haven't been given it to be delivered.

Tried calling but no one is answering.

Any ideas?

Apologies for the lack of communication.

 

I have been off for the majority of 2 weeks with a terrible virus and we are quite a small team to begin with so i take full responsibility for any messages not being responded and any delay this has caused.

 

Wiperplus systems are due out shortly, we have been delayed getting the lucas switches for the system but they are on route to us now and we will get the kits out the door. 

 

Stickers will be sent out to one and all when we get the final pieces out to you :)

For anyone with MK5 Doors with Side Impact Protection Bars.

 

Up until now we have sold a good few hundred central locking systems and only actually been asked about fitment on the SIPS doors a handful of times. We approached Mini Spares and Mini Sport when we first designed the kit a few years ago about these MK5 doors with SIPS and they said the doors were very rare and at the time they did not actually have any to send out.

 

All of the customers who have contacted us in the past have since gone on to install the systems but we have recently been contacted asking for instruction on how to install on these doors.

 

We have managed to lay our hands on two doors with the bars and will be creating instructions for these ASAP.

 

If any of you have this issue please contact us direct and we will aim to assist you and have the updated instructions sorted as a priority.

 

We have also had a couple of people mention the template for the central locking, this should scale correctly if you print without borders. We used to send the instructions in printed format but people wanted digital images to see clearer, so now we send them as digital files but i think we will start sending printed templates to make sure this is not an issue in future.

Doesn't matter I have read back now gutted I missed it. Going to sign up to TMF+ and purchase this 3 together.

The instructions for the MK5 doors with SIPS will do ready shortly. We have successfully installed the system over the weekend and taken photos and created videos. These videos etc will go with the instructions to assist with setting up the system.

 

We will take this opportunity to update the original instructions also.

I would just like to thank everyone for their patience whilst we got the goods sent out, we had an over whelming response to this offer and our UK manufacturer for the connectors slowed things down, but we really appreciate the truly inspiring patience some of you have shown and we will of course continue to offer high quality, tailored products for your Minis in the years to come :)

Completely forgot about this until now, but can't seem to find my name on the list or even my post.
Can only think maybe I didn't push 'post' at the end!
Could I still get a central locking kit in this deal? Or has being a dumbass made me miss it?

Hi,

 

Two updates for you all.

Those of you with SIPS doors, the instructions are currently just being saved to a format for online distribution and the parts are being sent out free for the upgraded systems, this is something we are pleased was brought to our attention and we are grateful for the patience and friendliness shown.

 

 

WIPERPLUS.

The main part of these units is ready and has been for sometime, however the company manufacturing our switches made a poor quality first batch after sending us a great sample product. so we are awaiting the second batch of these which will be here before the end of the week. Apologies for the delay with this, we thought we had them in hand but as happens with creating new products sometimes production throws up a curve ball.

The systems will be sent out complete very shortly, the problem is it is not a switch that is currently available anywhere else else we would have just bought them in.
