2009 was when i packed in so was only a Mercian as they are now for 2 years - i was Staffordshire prior to the formation for 10 years.  i left officially but ive done some PR stuff over the years and a few charity walks - so we may well have met yes - small world.

My Other Half still works with some of the trustees.

 

So you know some of the guys? well you realize there's quite a few soldiers in the Regiment from all over the place  - did you have anything to do with 2nd? Light infantry that is, not A.I?

Some members reading this might be wondering what is going on: 

 

We have had a member continually being banned for a number of reasons. This member has now a couple of times returned as a alias. The member and the alias in question are Jonesy1275 and ministage2. 

 

When a number of members of the admin and team read this topic title and its contents number of familiar alarm bells started ringing. We suspected that fast mini was this banned member. The following albeit circumstantial evidence is why we suspected. 

 

1. The title of this thread 

Funny Story About My Mates Tracker was really similar to a thread title by ministage2 "Funny Story Of The 1 Litre Saxo And The Hedge", as was its long and elaborate contents. 

 

2. The mini neon

Jonesy1275, ministage2 and fast mini all own a 1991 Neon.

 

​3. Window wipers won't with off

​ministage2 and fastmini, both have the exact same issue with their window wipers 

 

 

 

4. Engine rebuild

Ministage2 and fast mini have both recently had engine rebuilds with exacting specs (SW5 cam)

 

5. The tracker

Jonesy1275, ministage2 and fast mini have and/or are advocates of trackers. 

 

5. Kiddeminister/worcester/bewdley

The story in this thread (fastmini), states the local postoffice and pub being located in Kidderminister and Bewdley. We know that ministage2 is local to both these places since he asked for an engine builder in Kidderminister and Worcester

 

And we know that jonesy1275 was from Bewdley

 

 

6. The banning of ministage2

fastmini has reported the post i made in this topic, and has related that to the banning of mini stage2. you will note that fast mini wasn't a member when mini stage 2 was banned. Fastmini explanation is that another member told them in a pm. This could certainly be the case. 

 

Either this is a case of mistaken identity, if it is I truly apologise or it is a case of a chav racing/nurse/research doctor/soldier/big fat lezzer (fastminis words not mine)/man and part-time mini forum troll.

I got into helping out through Paul and Debra, my part was very small but glad to have been involved - it was, and is, a great cause. I started helping as an ex pupil of mine was sadly killed and I got to know a lot of the lads as I am an RCO in my spare time so used to chat down at Kingsbury, Whittington and SENTA.

Look mate - i dont know who you are or what your problem is - this is getting very old - ive reported your behavior now so hopefully you will pack this nonsense in.

Myself and the lad who had the issue have squared it away and its done with - it was nothing to do with you in the first place and its been resolved without incident - in short  grow up and leave me well alone.

 

My record is completely clean, my posts are 100% legitimate and unless you have any kind of proof whatsoever, of which there will be none, that i am jones1275 or the other one, please kindly stop harassing me as this i find to be completely childish bull.

 

What do you hope to achieve from behaving like this?

I would seriously advise you to calm down and stop. Minisilverbullet's post outlines all the evidence however circumstantial that led the team to think you were the same user! If that is not the case, which you are adamant it is not, then you have no reason to be belligerent in this way at all.

Also, i noted the following.

 

1) There are hundreds of people with the same issues with their car on this forum..

2) Bewdley is a place in worcestershire - i know of at least 10 minis in an around the area, stourport, kidderminster and thats just the ones i recognise - theres 3 in the town centre alone - i live more towards Bridgnorth if you must know in a village.

3) You have no proof whatsoever of pinning this bull on me, but you are like a dog with a bone,  so this is now called harassment - cyber version of which is in fact a prosecutable crime here in the uk.

 

 

Leave me in peace please, look through my posts if you wish, i have had no problems at all, i just want advice.

 

If this is how you treat people who come here to meet like minded mini owners, id rather have my account deleted - there are many other forums.

Excuse me - i do not need to calm down, im not being aggressive at all, in fact im trying to have a chat with a fella who knows my former regiment and i might even know from a different time-  its you and your cronies that keep on at me.

 

Ive done nothing wrong at all - fair enough, if its mistaken identity thats understandable, but i keep telling you ive done nothing wrong, and frankly, my posts are all 100% clean and all i did was try to join in with a funny anecdote and now im being called all manner of things????

Yeah ok i will do - I know a discipline officer whos always down at SENTA - Technical quartermaster too, nice fella.  im sorry about your pupil, thats always very difficult to deal with ill PM you from now on if i may, i am getting some real hassle here and im a bit sick of it to be honest. - Its awful really, me and the chap who argued in the first place have sorted it all out, ha ha.

Do you really think that there are no versioning provisions on here that show is exactly what it was before you edited it? Also calling my staff "cronies" is not helping your case! Even in the posts you haven't edited I can see a number of breaches of the forum rules.

We have stated a number of times that it could well be a case of mistaken identity so why have you not just stated that you believe that to be the case rather than then attacking the previous poster? There are ways to do things and as an ex forces member I would have thought that you would know that retaliation is never going to get the best response from anyone! You are literally adding fuel to the fire! And if you were really serious about not inflaming the situation further then you would stop!

The guy i fell out with and i, have reconciled and i deleted the posts because i felt guilty for having a go.

I cant be any more honest for that.

 

Both parties apologized and that was that.

 

However - minisilverbullets attack was unnecessary and over the top - i felt a retaliation was entirely justified - and contrary to your understanding of how battle works, retaliation is something we do when we are attacked.

 

If Minisilverbullet were to apologize, big spuds member/admin or not, publicly, that would be an end to it. - i promise.

So to clarify if you are fastmini, fresh new member, and all round keen person to contribute to the forum, albeit, you will need to abide by some of the general rules regarding swearing etc. Welcome to the forum.
