looking at the conversion kit it just has the disk and calipers, 
would this be all i need to go from 8.4 to 7.5? 
 
or would i need all of the stuff included in the full kit (hubs, drive flanges etc..)

Do you have 8.4" now? If so the kits has all you need to convert
