Going to poo poo on this a bit. Just taken my clutch out and it's contaminated with oil. Primary seal was not fitted very well by previous owner or the garage they sent it to.

Once the car was warm only then did the clutch have some slip. Still now a new seal and clutch assembly should sort that out hopefully.

Ok It seems to be dripping from -

- a large bolt in the engine thats near a sensor in the engine and in the starter motor area

- oil on the starter motor

- oil dripping from the split pin on bell housing

- oil dripping from the bell housing area that is above the chassis leg

- oil dripping from the belt area / timing area

- there was oil forming on the bottom of the passenger side driveshaft boot

- oil from the gearshift selector area

Im going to change the oil first as its the easiest thing to do and see if that helps, I remember using too thin of oil in my MR2 and it dripped oil out and then stopped when I put the thicker stuff in

Sounds like a poor engine build.

The oil from the bolt in engine block, you can fit a new washer here usually.

Oil on starter is probally from the above.

Split pin and bell housing could be the same leak, working out of different areas.

Timing area will spray oil around the engine bay if it gets onto the belt, so could look messy all over.

Gear shift selector is common, you can buy a seal kit for this.

The oil on the bell housing could be clutch fluid? Or is it all engine oil?
