Got the urge to go for a blast this evening, so thought may aswell test the camera. It's aimed wrong and a bit shaky, but I've uploaded it anyway. Will keep practicing until I find the best mounting position.

Good vid, don't worry too much about that, I think people appreciate more being able to see it then your spielberg skills!

Cracking work ethic on this build, loving that induction roar as well!

How you finding the ratios? Pulling away in first or second?

Cheers. The ratios are ok for acceleration, and setting off in first isn't too bad with decent tyres and the lsd gearbox. The main downfall is top end speed and the noise at 70 due to the high rpm and vtec.

This has been one fast build with a great car at the end. Video got me a little travel sick being on the angle, bet you had a grin ear to ear. Look forward to more vids and pictures.

watching this video from work on wilton site and seeing you fly past my work is not helping me resist buying another mini. might have to sell the bike and buy a mini then just face the wrath of the mrs.

The time has come... the mini will be for sale soon. Anyone fancy putting a value on it?

I've seen you out in it as I only live around the corner from you on Althorp :D . Looking for parts and vtec engines for a conversion on eBay and came across it yet again. I'd have happily put an offer in if I hadn't already had mine and somewhere to put it :(

Awesome build! I'm in the middle of having mine done...... Can I ask how much power it makes?

Did you use the standard mini speedo, did the adapter and rover speedo cable work fine? Cheers

Great conversion, this looks like a bit more work than a 8v vauxhall 1600 conversion which im considering
