Heya,

I'm having to get a new exhaust as I picked up a serious hole going over some of the temporary ramps around the flooded Staines under Thames, but to be fair it was on the way out anyway.

I'm considering getting a slightly fruitier exhaust, as I'm not all that pleased with the quality of the noise from the standard Mpi pipe, that said, I don't want it to be much louder. The kind of note its giving out now what with the blown pipe is actually pretty much what i'd like haha!

So has anyone tried this http://www.minisport...m-cat-back.html pipe from minisport, seems good value, was wondering what it sounds like? I don't want my car to sound like a boy racer's Corsa b, so any description of noise level around town and up on the motorway would be great!

Cheers,

It looks exactly as my system (stage 1). Its not loud and full of resonance. It sounds sporty but you can easily cruise around without making your neighbours **** their pants. But as i said, it LOOKS like mine. Maybee a small help.

ok i havnt used that system myself, but as its a twin box, and its 1-3/4" i would say its going to be much like a twin box rc40, which sounds nice, but without a huge volume increase.

just a pleasant note and will still sound great when you go through a long tunnel!
