I have for sale a Clarke Pro-90 Mig welder.

Its been sitting unused and unloved in a garage for some time and will need some love and attention to sort it out.

The biggest issue with it is the torch, there is a tip in it but somebody decided to either drop it or cross thread the tip in place

it does go back in but i tried to fit a new tip but it will not go in. I would suggest a tap to clean the thread up to get it back to a useable state.

The drive wheel is a little bit rusty and could do with a clean up as well. It does work and does feed but there is a little stutter when feeding the wire through.

It does come with a 5kg spool of 0.6mm wire and is approx 3/4's full. There is a large hose adapter fitted as well but if you want to use the throw away bottles the regulator is in the case.

So all in all with a little bit of work this welder would suit somebody who wants to start welding their mini.

It does weld as i have actually tried it but i cannot verify if the gas hose is damaged at all.

So its £50 no offers and it will need to be picked up from Stone Cross, Eastbourne.

It's easily worth what you are asking ...you can get a Euro torch upgrade to it for about £50 .... so that's a reasonable mig for £100 all in.

Yes it's still available but it does not come with a large bottle regulator.

I have fitted a new 0.6mm tip to it although the threaded end of the torch will still need a clean up with a suitably sized tap. I have now got the welder working smoothly after messing around with the wire speed settings.

A update on this, i have repaired the issue with the tip and can easily be replaced. The threads have been cleaned up on the gun so all is now fine.
