Hi folks,

 

What colour roof do people think would look good with Tahiti Blue (the Rover pearlescent one)?

 

I think silver looks good, and white looks okay, what what other options are there? 

 

Maybe some pictures?

 

Mine's going to have anthracite 10x6 Mambas and probably body colour W&P arches.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated

i've always thought that an all blue tahiti blue car would look great with a white and red stripe off centre would look great

Silver

 

OEW if it was the solid tahiti blue

 

I reckon black doesnt look quite right with metallic tahiti blue

I agree with you there Jaydee, I thought about black but I don't think it would look right.

Why not anthracite like your wheels?

I looked at a load of options for my nautilus blue mini, in the end I was persuaded to leave as is. You see loads of minis with different coloured roofs and it is a bit of a case of being done to death. That said someone photoshopped some up for me and grey/ silver definately looked the best.

Platinum silver, same color as the cooper sport 500's. When I restored mine I changed it from white and when its freshly polished really pops in the sunlight.

I thought about anthracite, but I'm thinking about bonnet stripes and in my opinion, they don't look right unless they are the same colour as the roof.

 

I agree it has been done on lots of Minis and that is primarily why I don't want it white, as that really has been done to death.

 

Platinum silver is exactly the colour I was thinking of.

I love the Tahiti Cooper Sports ( our first and favourite 500)  ..... its the best colour combination

white or Black (Nice but over done)

always thought a dark gray/ anthracite color would be nice look smart and is a bit different to all the white or black roofs!
