Thanks guys...I'm chuffed with it. Just got to polish it up and wax it.

I'm just going to put it all back together and have some fun in it!!

Going to get it set up at Peter Baldwin's in a few weeks. want to get a few miles on it first, and get the suspension set up.

It should of been done months ago but my mate let me down big time with the body work :(

Think I might take this one down the turbo route.

I've been building/collecting turbo bits for about 9 years! lol

Anyway heres a few pics of her from sunday when I went for my first drive of the year :)))

Looking bloody amazing! Love the colour combination.
Are you leaving it as it is or putting GT stripes on it?

Just missing some underriders ;)
Haha

Although from my car you wouldn't think it, I agree. :) Only thing that looks a little odd for me is the grill, the early centre badge with the later bar combination doesn't work for me. But I'm just nit picking and a tad jealous of your paintwork!

Haha thanks guys. The grille and bumper came with the car. Might get a new grille as it's looking a bit tatty. Or maybe I could paint it black? What you reckon? ?

It went through the mot with no problems! :)

The plan with it now is to turbo it as I've got all the bits to do it. But I will be selling the track day mini project :(

Well done!

Does your turbo set-up require bulkhead mods?

Nope it will clear it as I've got a 'matty' manifold and a gt17 turbo going in.
I'm going to leave it as a 1380 for now and enjoy it for next summer show season. Then next winter once I've sold my other project and bits I'll build the turbo lump :)
