How about mine then on mileage? It's got 65k ok the clock but has a completely rebuilt engine and gearbox 2 months ago.

But it's still 'fairly standard', by the end they were chucking out so may LEs that mayfairs and city's were probably rarer. Unless its something special (coopers, vans, pickups etc) then LE premium is pretty small. If this was a city I would think £400, so the valuations above of £600 in present condition is already 50% over base model.. They may eventually be sought after, but there are so many to choose from I think it will be a long time before that premium is massive enough to warrant anywhere near the higher end of the valuations seen here. The fact it is described as completely original certainly helps, but condition and lack of MOT are heavily against it.So what's your best guess on how long before a fairly standard project mini is worth £1800? I would guess about 2025The good thing about overpricing your mini is that eventually the market will catch up with your valuation
Of course some take longer to get there than others
That's not a standard mini, its a 25, true might not have much value at the moment but the niche market ones will eventually fetch a good return, unfortunately mileage will always hold the value on this one back but I do like them (and this one).

It might be better if you were to start your own valuations thread, with pictures and details of length of MOT etc. Otherwise it's going to get confusing.
