Just come across this on Facebook, has anyone seen a 4 door (Classic) Mini before?

Google 'Broadspeed'.

Actually don't, I just did and it doesn't bring up the things it used to. Basically the company that Broadspeed became were making these conversions around the '90s and through the end of production. They made a fair number I believe. This looks like their type of conversion, but more recently done. There have been other 4 doors though.

That one was in one of the mini based mags a few years ago, it was a home built conversion that required a few extra inches welded into the length of the shell.

Yup, deffo in Mini mag or Mini World within the last 2 years. That one was a home built affair. Looks bloody good too.

Not so sure on the 4 door now I've seen blue one with doors closed.

 

Love the boot lid conversion on the red one.

if the middle pillar was hid by both door skins, it would probaly look more 'normal'. thats how modern cars are.

I don't think it helps that the bottoms of the doors stick out either, but still a cool idea...
