My mechanic has said that maybe the current fuel which I'm using which is Caltex is maybe filled with some sort of sulfur additive.. so hes asked me to change to shell or another fuel.. It's weird Cause if I open the gap from 0.65mm to 0.7mm the plugs become grey.. like grey tip, white electrode and black rim.. also the white electrode is chalky on my plugs.. no sign of any shiny areas so I know It's not getting screwed up

I agree with your mechanic. Sulphur in the fuel is a strong possibility.
