Have you had a quote from them plus the only place is in Devon?? Quite a trek from Morayshire.

Don't get me wrong it sounds good and I believe I have seen this coating before and it appear good as well. However me being sceptical here if it was that good I would expect a few more franchises in the country.

Sorry only one came up on my iPad however Aberdeen is ideal then. I must admit I have not heard of anyone on here using it but then again not everyone gives full details.

Early days yet somebody may come along with some info. Have you tried a local mini club at all??

Whereabouts in Moray are you? My wife and her family are from Lhanhbryde and my lad was born in Raigmore Hospital.

If done well and not driving down gravel back roads chipping it up then it will work for some time, but it chips and water gets between it and the metal it starts to rust lickity split. We have it all over here in North America and it is used on a lot of oilfield trucks, under carriage, boxes and rocker panels. As long as you don't chip it with hard use it works well but if you do make sure to repair it. As it's on a Mini and if your not going to rally it you should be OK but I have seen a lot of guys regret it over here on their personal work trucks. On company trucks....different story ;)
I have it on my truck and in the box it is great but the under carriage and the rockers.... Wish I never did, but I also take my truck places my mini would never venture.

Ahh Lossie spent a couple of happy years there with the RAF. Oh and visited most of the boozers there numerous times,Clifton, Scabby dog, Huntly house Hotel and the Coulard Inn of course.

Is Dougie's chippy still going??

Been thinking about doing this as well in the wheel wells and underside.  Good reviews of U-Pol Raptor Liner and some other products.  I'm wondering up applying a rust inhibiting product like POR-15 paint first, then the liner spray, would keep it from trapping water?

Hey guys,

I have both my chevy trucks bedlined with LINE X.  i throw gravel, tools, wood, etc. in the truck bed with zero issues.  It has to be the high pressure application though as there are a few different ways of applying it.  If it is applied any other way it will only work for short time.

A guy at work told me about Raptor Liner ( http://www.tcpglobal...CFUdk7AodNSUAEA ) which he did the bulkhead and underside of his mustang and it looks awesome.  Not sure what the price for LINE X is over there, but i remember living in Aberdeen and the only thing cheap was a mince pie in the Aberdeen student union!

Good luck

Troy
