I got one complete side sand blasted today, looks better for it but I did find a couple of tiny holes above the door. Nothing major mind, most of the rust was just surface and it's cleaned out real nice.
Then I added a bit of primer for protection

Ahh didn't realise this thread was yours Tom, it's such a nice thread to look through (again) and must be so nice to wrok from good steel and re-weld in strenthening beads were you want.
Hopefully i'l be able to do this method some day.........oneday I will

How much media have you used Tom, also how long can you recycle the media for ?
Have a blaster adn a bag of media, just need to work on containment before doing it.

I got 8 bags but I have been reusing the same 3 first bags for the whole time. Luckily I've got an empty room to do is so can sweep it all up and filter it before reusing it. Still works fine after probably 20-25 cycles.
