I assume you are using some sort of mask if you are blasting with sand??? I must admit to doing it myself, but there are safer mediums.

Hi Andy, Thanks for your kind comments Call Rob at Mini Sport. Mention to him that you like " spot lamp brackets fitted to Rhodri's Rally Mini " ( he knows of only one Rhodri) He's a good chap and really helped me throughout the build.
There made by a small independent steel fabrication shop, you may have to wait up to a week or two but worth the wait and not too expensive.

What bits you changing?
I've started prepping my cars as soon as they finish the last event....that way if they are in bits the pressure is on and i get on with it. I've replaced loads on the car for this event so fingers crossed all stays bolted together!!!

Ha ha....naaa, in a mini you just spin, wonder what the hell went on and which way you are facing and then carry on with a massive smile on your face thinking....PHEEEW got away with that one!!!!
Like the bottom arms and tie bars....where are they from - look chunkier than the usual adjustables?

All parts supplied from Mini Sport.
Got the car set up today as per Coopermans recommended configuration. Massive improvement, the steering now is very responsive and light and corrects really well.
Only problem now is the car has developed an electric/Battery issue ????? Every test iv done points towards a duff battery.
Ah well something to do tomorrow.
Dave, iv been told the Rally will be going through Cwm woods as per Clwyd Vale so i hope you have a good memory
