Ok it's all gonna happen this weekend finish the brake pipe the wiring and get it up and running as i would like to take it to Dudley show next weekend.

Your work is vastly better than a specialist mini centre near me puts out. Cant wait to see it in the flesh!

Made plenty progress today it's finally wired up so tomorrow it's brake pipes

Looking fantastic and not far away from the turn of the key.

Had a few setbacks over the weekend tried to be clever and fit the metal plate that blocks the hole behind the speedo but discovered you can only use it if the gauges are forward on the edge of the dash rail then ran out of brake pipe ends


Won't be using this again ...

But all in all great progress got gear stick in and heater unit so should be running tomorrow .

Then spent half a day polish in a few marks off from fitting the wood.

Yeah I sprayed it with a rattle can. Go on eBay and put mowog green paint it's the cans with the white label it's fantastic!!

Had a bit of a nightmare piped the fuel system up to find the fuel sender had a leak so have had to drop the tank to fit a new one but on the up side the engine fired up straight away Broom Broom

I've tried so hard to get the car ready for Himley Hall show but it's beaten me I didn't finish until 9:30 tonight having started at 7:30 this morning so has you can imagine I'm gutted........ Just needed another 1/2
