My rear wheel on my mini are toeing in quite alot?
any ideas if this i correct and how much pics would be great

Factory setting is for a very small amount of toe-in for the rear wheels (3mm toe-in, unladen).
If the amount toe-in is noticeable then it's probably too much. Also needs to be the same on both sides...

The shape of the rear of the body of a mini makes it look worse than it is. By that I mean the rear is narrower than the middle so the body line is going out, when viewed from the rear, and the wheels/tyres are going in. But by all means get it checked to make sure both rears are pointing the correct amount in the right direction.

First of all measure it accurately.
If it is toeing-in by between 1 mm and 3 mm it will be fine.
Adjustment is by filing the hole in the rear radius arm pin locating bracket towards the front the increase toe-in and then welding a large washer onto the bracket to keep the setting, or fitting shims between the rad arm brackets and the sub0frame to reduce toe-in. Mini Spares sell the shims.
Make sure, when doing this, that the front and rear is aligned so that the car doesn't 'crab' along the road.

yep it is dead. i will give the OP a tenner for the pile of scrap.
However, when I check and set rear toe, i have my own laser measurer, Rather than measure and set wheel to wheel, it measures back to a centre line, I set each wheel to that, then check wheel to wheel.
That way it doesn't crab. Not a good look to have one side at zero and the other at 1/8",,,,,

I was taught back in the '60's and I use long straight edges, a tape measure, a steel rule and some beer-bottle crates. All a bit basic, but done carefully it works well.
