Well, Ruby Two is all back together.
Made her debut at Himley this weekend.
Thanks to everyone who came up for a chat. Nice to meet you.
Here are a few pics for those that didn't see her.

Hi ruby looks excellent, your attention to detail is amazing, what arches have you used and can ask what size tyres you are running, I'm looking to put some small but effective arches and colour coded is a must. Tia jim
Hi Jim.
Nice to meet you.
The wheels are force racing ones
2" offset on the outside
3" on the inside
I'm pretty sure the tyres are 165 x 70 x 10
The Arches are Group 2 ones

Just read through this entire thread, and you have done some amazing work! I love some of the extra little touches you've done and it is very well put together. All I can really say is "project goals" is what your project epitomizes. Two thumbs wayyyyy up!

Over winter is was time to say bye bye to Ruby One
Back over the garage she came
Ruby One & Ruby Two side by side.
Jack did save the bonnet to use as Wall Art in his bedroom.
With the next show being The British Mini Club Premier Concourse Finals we wanted to go the extra bit and show off as much of Ruby Two as we could.
Jack decided he wanted some sort of stand to enable better views of inside behind the wheels.
We also had a pair of carbon fibre fan blades made.
I spoke to Ben @ CarbonWeezel who agreed to make the blades with the weave going straight up n down on one,
and side to side the other blade. So when its on show. I can have the weave all running in the same direction.
Up on stands so we can get under her.
Cleaned the wheels.
Dressed the tyres then wrapped up so as they didn't get dirty again.
Nice coat of Zymol Destiny on the roof.
And Zymol Concourse on the red bits
Here are a few from the Premier Finals
Thanks to everyone who showed some interest in Ruby Two at the shows over 2017
Its been great talking to you all.
Jack and Ruby came 2nd in the British Mini Club Premier Concourse Final.
Thank you Judges for your criticism and info on how we can improve things, we will take it all on board.
Ruby will continue to be driven, she now has covered just over 11,000 miles since she was first rebuilt.
As with any Mini we all strive to make them the best we can, and we certainly don't have an endless pop of money.
Sensible upgrades and improvements are the key.
After all Ruby was built to be enjoyed and driven whenever we can..
See you all at the 2018 shows.
