I cant see why the bidding has gone mad for a mini thats not as nice as many on here built for a fraction of the current bid, its not exactly star of the show or a convincing replica?

Over 10k for it now. Looks nice but not genuine to mini fans. Spending that sort of money id rather have a decent genuine mk1.
Yep, I dont think its a good long term investment. If it were a mk1 shell used as a base for the replica it would fetch a bit anyway plus a couple of grand for the Rush connection?

Im going to paint mine triumph blue and put it on eBay as mini off the rush 'lookalike' and wait for it to fetch 10k so I can buy my dream van. Not belonging to any film.

I was supposed to go see it last night but the whole island went on lock-down due to the slight breeze we had. Pesky nanny state!!!
