You may find they go right back to the metal, microblistering can also be caused by water or contaminants which can happen between the metal and primer or the primer and paint, thankfully its not the dreaded rust! (well shouldnt be) and as above is the way to fix it
I'm with Alex on this, micro blistering caused by water in the paint or primer. The only thing with this is to sand it right back to bare metal.
The reason here is if it is the primer then rust will form on the metal.
myredmini suffered this very problem and so have i. Not good news i'm afraid.

where did you get the car from? been imported from the UK recently?
Bad painting equipment and technique has caused this and it has been exaggerated by the large change in climate.
Seen this many many times.
This will go right back to the metal so the only real solution is to rub it all off and start again.

I dont think that humidity, looks more similar to silicone bubbles, maybe something wrong between coats its causing reaction.

Definitely this, I've had it on a cam-cover I sprayed
contaminants, not necessarily water, between the layers of paint/primer
