Yes,

I bought a used Dunlop tracking gauge (the old one with the mIrror) to use on various cars I have owned or currently own, not as reliable as the professionals with their laser kit but with a bit of care you can get the tracking close enough

I got a laser kit from ebay, cost about £50 and is spot on. You cannot do a 4 wheel alignment with it though so while tracking front and back could be spot on, you could still crab

I've got the gunson laser tracking one and its pretty good.  Bit of a faff to use but it does work.

Looks good, does the gauge bit go low enough to look under a mini ( especially a lowered one)?

it goes under my van with 10" wheels. It's not lowered but there was plenty of room.

Yup, mine is the trackace type one as well, I've used it on 10" wheels before.

Setting the tracking is a bit of a faff, especially if you need to centre the steering wheel as well.
