The remaining flange welded in place ready for the arch

then it was onto the arch itself, all pinned together ready for plug welding

Then welded together

Back where it should be, just need to grind the welds flush

These will get  some treatment next fri.

Quite a while spent grinding those plug welds down then it was into the rear valance close out.

 

So pinned everything in place

 

Plug weld holes drilled ready for weld

Welded in place

Ground flush and seam sealed

 

So hopefully after the dentist has rebuilt my smashed tooth tomorrow i can fit the valance.

Bit on something hard and felt something in my mouth and yep a bit of tooth. The following day another dirty great chunk went as well so not much holding the filling in. Need it done pronto as I'm off to Antigua fri.

Tooth has had some Dentist equivalent of Upol Fantastic filler as a temporary fix so fingers crossed that will do. If not I will be forced to drink even more beer and cocktails. Who am I kidding I will be doing that anyway.

 Just got some final touches to do to the closeouts

After a morning of titivating and sealing it was on to the inner sill.

Not for a couple of weeks now. I'm off to Antigua for a spot of drinking and eating this friday. Happy days.

Looks like this is at the same place as mine. Had to put a small cut in my floor pan to line up as well.

The problem i have have though is the rest of the floor pan although intact has a load of spider tracks in it. I may end up fabbing a new one.
