Nope, that sounds like stress when you've got a big pile of shopping which has been scanned but not yet packed, I try and stretch it out so I've got as much time as possible to pack
If you use a self service checkout you can scan and pack things at your own rate.
How come the fat manages to get under the tin foil in your grill pan? This happens every time. I've even tried using two pieces of tin foil and it still happens.

A democracy allows you to vote for your choices. However, as the USA Presidential elections show, nobody said that the choices had to be good.

I think a lot of people will be voting, not to get a particular candidate into power but rather to prevent the other one from doing so. My mum calls this an 'anti vote'.
I think our last two elections have very much been like this. I don't think some people necessarily wanted the Conservatives, Lib dems, SNP or UKIP in power but they wanted to make sure that Labour wasn't.

When attempting to break the world record for how quick a rubix cube can be solved, are you allowed to just smash it and put it back together in the correct order?
It is still solving it, just not the way the manufacturer intended.

or 6 different coloured paint & rollers - for really quick solving - no one said it had to be dry
