How would you prove that you bought it along and not just picked it off of one of the displays and claimed you bought it with you?

But why would you steal a shopping bag? They are quite cheap right? Anyway over here they are kept by the till so you can't randomly pick one up and go to the queue with it.

They are cheap but i bet some people have had trouble.

The supermarkets here have them on display on the ends of aisles

Rather than taking a shopping basket, you can use one of the bags :P

How can you tell if lemon juice has gone off? It can't exactly turn sour can it.

I had a thought today. During my working life I earned a lot of money. Much of it I spent on alcohol, women and gambling. The rest I just wasted.

You forgot to add Minis into that list of things you've spent your money on.

Not just Minis, but Fords of many types, a Porsche 911, a TR5, a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow (horrible car!), two Merc 450 SL's, Rover P6 V8 and lots of rallying. Was that all wasted? I think not as it was all so much fun ;D .

Rather random for some, but having just spent the last 2 days cutting out, masking and painting a new shell for one of my rc cars. Why on earth supply pre-cut window masks when the stickers for the windows/frames aren't clear, but dark grey. Then if you chose mask off the windows (so they stay clear) and cut of the grey bits out of the stickers, you then find that the window frames are infact 3mm smaller all round than the actual windows on the body. As if painting it wasn't hard enough (without mucking it up) without having to go back and fill in the 'clear' bits.

I wonder how much lower the sea level would be if it wasnt full of sea creatures and boats displacing water

I've been saying for years, working on the same principle that if you get into a bath full of water the, water level rises. If sea levels are rising, then surely if you removed all the boats from the seas and oceans the sea level would then drop.

After watching random cat videos on youtube I have had a couple of thoughts to share.

1. Why are kittens and other baby animals born with fur but human babies aren't?

2. Who takes a cat to the beach?

If you are an organ donor and your organs are used in a transplant. Do you get a discount on your cremation as there is less to cremate?

Saw some huge fat guy earlier wearing a shirt that said caution wide load. The shirt clearly didn't fit him.

Why would you wear a shirt that draws attention to the problem?
