Having children is just an elaborate way of dispersing peas across the pub floor.

Is the concept of haggling really that hard for people to understand?

You make an offer, I make a counter offer, you either accept or make another offer that is better than your first but still lower than mine and the cycle repeats until both of us accept or one of us declined and doesn't make another offer.

I've had someone today on ebay first of all make an offer of only half what I am asking so I made them a counter offer and then they make a second, lower offer than their first and send me the message saying its the last offer they will make me. I didn't accept the first one so why on earth would accept your second offer that is even lower?

obviously because it's their LAST offer, I will offer 1p even though I have no idea what it is, but it is my LAST offer ;-)

Sadly eBay is increasing full of complete and utter idiots with a sprinkling of people who can breathe and walk at the same time. I wonder why some traders put the offers bit on when you offer a sensible amount close to the asking price and they refuse it. One idiot I even offered a penny less than the buy it now price just to see what happened and it was refused. Why?

I've started to not include the make an offer option on most of my items. I am not haggling over a £5 part. It isn't worth my time. If they want/need it they will pay £5 for it.

Why do mannequins have nipples?

You don't get too many healthy women that are nippleless so why should a mannequin be nippleless?

I suppose it's the same reason they have finger nails, eye balls, lips etc to create a reasonably realistic figure to show off how the clothing fits.

You really need to keep abreast of fashion. ;D

The only thing you get free of charge, is a dead battery

You are charged for it when you buy it in the first place before it goes flat or if you didn't pay for it then you will be charged when you are caught, so technically no, you don't get anything free of charge.  :D

And if you were given it? :P

Your taxes go towards rubbish collection so eventually when it is disposed of, one way or another you will have been charged for it even if its indirectly.

I always wondered how a monster truck was taken to an event when they are so huge they surely couldn't fit onto the back of a truck.

Today I learnt. I passed one that was on the back of an ar-tic on my road (what it was doing on a country lane I have no idea). It had really small car wheels fitted to it so despite being really tall it was narrow enough to fit onto the artic. The big wheels they have on they at a show were on the trailer stacked up along with a forklift truck.

It did look really odd with the small car wheels on. Almost like those body builders who have huge arms but really small legs.

Does anyone else feel extremely awkward when opening there birthday presents? Just sitting there opening them, and people watching you expecting you to like them.

Haha! My mother in law buys the most random 'presents' every year I get a fully wrapped and bowed can of de-icer...I know what it is every year and spot it under the Xmas tree as soon as I walk in to the house on Xmas morning. I practice my 'WOW! THANKS!' face in the car on the way over there now! :D
