strangely enough, i have been playing some of those old games on a PSX emulator on the PC. It evoked great memories but the games are not as good as i remember.

I remember 'Driver' being fantastic when i was 13, so realistic but had a go the other day and it's rubbish now.

I remember the answer phone messages you used to get on it with that bloke trying to order a takeaway ' and you know that salad crap you sent us the last time? do me a favour, don't send any, tastes like s**t'

Good times..

Perfect dark was another good one on the N64. Microsoft bought the company that made it so it was re-released on the xbox 360 years later.

Saturn Bomber man was one of my favourite games.

I also remember the first time I went round a friends house and he had Playstation controllers with analogue sticks on them. I remember at the time thinking how weird they were but every console has them these days.

My first games console was a Super Nintendo, which I sadly got rid off years ago, then a PS1, PS2, PS2 slim line, XBOX, XBOX 360, Nintendo wii. :D  I also got the original game boy, which I still have, in the pink/red colour, then the game boy advanced.

Which games had dedicated servers on the old XBOX? I heard them talking about it for COD, like it's a ground breaking development. :ohno:  O_O The game is so slow on COD, you can just sit and 'camp'. The storyline to Halo is very interesting :proud: , and keeps the gamer interested, with an end goal. I think after Halo three, when the game right where sold, I believe, the game started to get boring, and the other company dragged the name, after the goal had been achieved.  :highfive: COD is fun, but HALO is iconic.

In short Halo is everything an online shooting game should be.

:tumble:  :closed:

I sold my Xbox 360 a couple of months ago, for sod all, and can't be bothered spending £400 ish on a newer games console. >_< I enjoyed playing Forza Motorsport, but it just got boring in the end. Prefer spending money on R/C cars now, that I never seem to use, :bah: , and obviously the mini takes up most of my time/money.

Yes.

About the only things I watch are the bbc1 breakfast for the news first thing in the morning, the big bang theory (new episodes), top gear, last leg and 8 out of 10 cats does countdown. I can't think of anything else that I bother to watch.

If you listen to George Ezra 'Budapest' I always Imagine Vic reeves doing the club singer round from shooting stars when it gets to the bit where he sings

But for you

Ooh, you
Ooh, I'd Leave it all'

In my head I hear Vic reeves singing 'oh oh a diby do'
