According to the part numbers quoted on the Illustrated parts list on the Mini spares website and Brit part the same relay was fitted to the LR Discovery at the same time. Makes sense as at this time the Component engineering for Land Rover and Rover were one and the same.
You could always talk to Brit Part before buying.

I dont even think the fan comes on on my 94 SPI what temp should it come on at?

Pretty sure the relay is fine as i have switched it round and if i stick a wire into its connectors i can get the fan to come on

Have you tried shorting the two sensor wires together to see if the fan works?

Where will i find them haha, I can get it going if i remove the relay and stick a wire in there.

The sensor is at the bottom of the radiator in the front. You need to remove the grille to see it. With the ignition switch in the run position, the fan should run by connecting the two wires together. You can see the sensor with its two terminals on the picture.

Thanks, im thinking of stripping the front end down ready for removal so i may have a look at that when i get there.
