Measure the choke size, if 38mm then HIF38 it is

Hif38 to the left 38mm and hif44 to the right 44mm, air filter mounting flanges are different!!

It's come off something with a throttle damper, probably a 998 Metro. If it's going on your Mini you'll likely have a little bit of fun sorting out the throttle cable linkage.
