It's remarkable, I love the shorting break approach to the rear hatch, typical Radford. Very nice :-)

The Automobiles BMC 2009 Shorting Break wasn't the first of it's design... it goes back to the early 60's in exactly the same style as this rather than a door splitting in the middle.

But if we're picking holes, then tell me how a restored 1960s Mini is worth 60k? Theres no way most of that is original... £25000 if you can find somebody crazy enough on their Mini variants to pay it. And that's somebody with more money than knowledge in the area

Very nice Radford and restoration, thanks for posting!

A friend of mine bought the Brian Epstein/Beatles Radford at auction recently........its restoration is currently being planned to start next year.

Sorry to bring up a fairly old topic, but does anyone know what this colour is called? It looks pretty close to Squadron Blue, but I can't be sure.

Absolutely superb restoration.

It will probably easily make £60k.

It's beautiful. Even if I won the Euromillions though, I would scared to drive it, due to the likelihood of someone driving into it... O_O
