Heres a project i bought a couple of years ago!

It wasn't running due to some elcetrical fault but managed to get it going.

plastics where damaged and the key ignition was missing, along with a blown exuast and generally rusty/dirty.

but all in all, it was pretty good!

My new rack grafted on to the old mounting points of the old rack

I have also fabricated 2 new fenders out of steel tube and alloy plate this is because one side had cracked off. here you can see the U-shaped parts sat on top.

^^^ they are new fensders shipped in from USA. Cost a small fortune and are likely to snap off again like the origionals. hence why i built some out of steel tube and alloy plate

i made my own blasting cabinet out of the extractor booth... i worked supprisingly...

a top coat of epoxy black and red has since been applied! it sets rock hard once cured and is very hard wearing!
