Hi everyone,

 

Can anyone tell me what brand, make, or product etc is best to use to paint the upper dash board and the lower dash rail?

 

I know I just cant buy any old paint as it will no doubt crack, flake and peel off pretty dam quick, but what can be used? I know I can recover with leatherette material but I wanted to ask about paint and seek your thoughts on this.

I've used Vinyl-cote in the past...... Very good product.

I used Halfords vinyl spray paint, they do loads of colours and finishes and it came out great on mine, i just sanded them down a bit first to get that shine off so the paint stuck to it well :)

Can vinyl paint work on 99 MPi airbag steering wheel ??

I just use hycote satin black spray paint, never had a problem with it peeling etc
