Yea I do like the period mods! Although we are going to be going pretty standard with this car.
Good news is today my dad got an email saying that the old registration records have turned up which means the car can keep its original plate and not be put on an age related one!

That is good news, so will keep it original even more so now. When do you hope to finish the resto, or is there no time on it?

Well update! Made a start at getting the engine out. Although due to rain and it getting dark and the fast everything on this car is so rusty it was a huge pain getting the shafts out the gear box that we never did get it out. Its now free though and we are gonna get up mega early in the morning and do it before the old man goes to work.
Also this goes to show how organised my dad is!
Every single bit that has come off the car has been photographed and bagged up with a label. I wish I had the patience to do that haha.
Should WILL get pics up 2moz with the engine removed!
Thanks.

Yea not too bad. Next up really is just getting it on a pallet so we can move it around and cleaning the bits we have taken off. Not much will happen to the shell now until next year. Gotta finish sorting the garage out to get my red mini in and get that built up and my old man need to save his pennys for the panels haha.
