Not seen a rear cage like that before. Is it just for how or is it quite sturdy?

It was just built as a show cage mate, no doubt the band wagon will be along to give me a slating about it yet.

I measured up all the mounting points then designed them on solidworks before the getting them laser cut

Been asked about a few already, problem is making them cheap enough by the time i get them cut and ship them, are definately a great way of fitting bucket seats if you dont need fia approved items, and i could alter them for different seating positions if i had mock up measurments.

might look into it down the line, planning on doing a custom sump guard and some other bits aswell.

That's the thing if you do something people like then there's always possibilities for making a few quid, but like you say its doing them for a good price that makes you some cash.

If i had a few people interested id look into doing a run of them, they could be made of some thinner sheet steel that would bring the price down and im sure i could get them made cheaper by buying the material myself and getting someone just to cut it.
