The stereotypical mini, red with white roof... Boring!

Of all the fancy colours rover used in the later years. I think solar red is hard to beat on a sportspack Cooper. I do like volcano orange and ameranth purple also.

I also like the rare 70's colours like black tulip and java green.

The worst colour for me was a tan browny colour they did. My 1st mini was an x reg city that had been resprayed racing green but started out that shade. Same colour as baby poo! :-( g

Exactly, who goes into a showroom and says I want a car the same colour as the loo after I had a dodgy curry?

I have to admit I like and think any colours goes on a mini as long as its well kept and original looking. I have seen a mini near me in racing green, and he's got that silly with bodywork and spoilers etc its no longer tasteful.

I do have a thing about greys, especially tweed grey. :) I'm not too keen on sandy beige at the moment.

Just watching Mr Bean with my five year old daughter (she's not seem my mini yet because its been in repair since I bought it) and she is thinking mine might look like Mr Bean's. Is it wrong that I am now contemplating buying an Austin and respraying it to look like Mr Bean's?  :shy: May I add I love the colours.
