I heard about that Phoenix for sale from a friend a couple of weeks ago and planned to view it as I have been on the lookout for one for ages. Unfortunately we had a family emergency which distracted me and I missed it. The asking price was £1800ono!! Somebody is after making a quick £grand!!!

How does anyone price anything these days? It might make the asking price, guess like anything depends how desperate someone is to have it - I paid 1200 for my Minus Maxi which I thought was expensive at the time but now seems OK
